G&S Flowers, ABN: 45 972 274 498 operates this website. Please read these Terms and Conditions before placing your order or services. By using or accessing this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions listed in this website (T&Cs).
This Term and Condition is a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you” or “your”) and G&S Flowers (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website.
All goods sold by G&S Flowers come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Delivery charges for orders to be deliver to Melbourne suburbs are subject to be calculated during the checkout, the delivery fee will be displayed. By proceed your order, you are accepting our delivery charge conditions.
Pricing & GST
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices do not include delivery charge. G&S Flowers reserves the right to change prices without notice at any time.
We accept Visa, Master, American Express, PayPal, Zip Pay. Our credit card payment system is securely supported by PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required when you make a credit card payment under PayPal policy.
Three Day Return Policy
Generally, the flowers should last between 3 and 7 days provided they are cared correctly. If you experience your flowers have not lasted for 3 days from the delivery date. Please contact us within the 3 days period by calling 03 7006 1095 and once we are confident that they are been cared as per our recommendation, we will be happy to replace a new set of flowers.
G&S Flowers reserves the right to request an image of the original flowers. To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers. Unfortunately, we cannot replace new flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are not provided by you.
You can request for a cancellation 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund, simply give us a call on 03 7006 1095 to request for a cancellation. Please note, customers can delay the delivery at different time.
We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared or dispatched or in transit with our courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above are void. Cancellations are not applied for same day delivery order.
All refunds for online orders or over the telephone orders are credited back to their original credit card on which the order was purchased or to the Zip Pay or PayPal account, if that form of payment is selected. Please allow 2-3 working days for money to be transferred.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria to determine any matter or dispute which arises between us.
