Product’s photo may represent an overall look, theme, and some product may include decoration of a one-of-a-kind vase which sometime cannot be supplied exactly replicated. Although the actual flower bouquet may not precisely match the photo, however we will ensure that its temperament will.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers, vase, containers, or any decoration items happen due to weather and market conditions which may affect the availability. If this is the case, the product you have purchased, we will ensure that the style, and colour scheme of your order is preserved. Any substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or higher value than the original order.
