What is the latest time I can place an order for same day delivery?

We do delivery 7 days a week.

The cut off time for weekdays delivery is before 12:00 pm

The cut off time for weekend delivery is before 10:00 am.

You can choose a delivery date and time during the checkout process, if there is an urgent, please call our shop on 03 7006 1095 one of our team members will help you.

Do you deliver flowers on a public holiday?

G&S Flowers are open on public holiday and only closes on some public holidays, please check our delivery page for more information about flowers delivery on public holiday.

Can I request a delivery date and time?

During the online checkout process, you will be given the option to select a delivery date and time. Please be advised that all delivery times are listed as being ‘before’ the selected time. Which meant your flowers will be delivered ‘by 1:00pm’ the delivery will be made anytime before 1:00pm. If you want to check if a specific delivery time is possible, please give us a call on 03 7006 1095.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make change to your order before 11:00 pm (EST Melbourne Time) for same day delivery. You can made change to your order one (1) day before the scheduled delivery date.

How can I cancel my order?

You can request for a cancellation 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund, simply give us a call on 03 7006 1095 to request for a cancellation.

Please note, orders that are already prepared or dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What happens if I provide the wrong address?

Please give us a call or email us to update your address before your order dispatch.

If we deliver your order as per your instructions to the incorrect address, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our shop, we can arrange for redeliver, but at a charge of 40% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

What suburbs do you deliver to?

G&S Flowers deliver to most of Melbourne suburbs, please enter your postcode during the checkout for the delivery suburbs confirmation. Alternatively, click Here to check delivery suburbs.

When do you deliver flowers?

G&S Flowers delivers flower between 8:am to 6:00 pm for residential address and 9:am to 5:00 pm to business address.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $85.00 and flat rate $9.95 for any order under $85 to local suburbs. Please check our delivery page for more information about delivery charge for other suburbs.

What if I am not home to accept the delivery?

During the online checkout process, please clearly state the types of addresses we are sending to. If your home address is safe for our courier can leave it at the front porch or somewhere safe from weather or being stolen. Please provide a clear delivery instruction.

If the order is failed to be delivered, the courier will take it back to the shop, and arrange the second delivery with an additional delivery cost.

If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the courier driver will assess if there is a safe place to leave the item. If there is no safe place, the courier will take it back to the shop and arrange the second delivery with an additional delivery cost.

What if I find that there is an item missing?

If an item is missing from your order, which you have paid for, we will immediately arrange a delivery within the day, or next day available depends on location. Please contact us on 03 7006 1095, once you found missing item.

How can I track my order?

To track your order:

1- Click on Track Your Order

2- Please enter your Order ID and your Email address in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer. Our credit card payment system is securely supported by PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required when you make a credit card payment under PayPal policy.

Paying with Credit Card?

You can pay with your credit card if you do not have PayPal account, simply checkout using PayPal and select PayPal Credit as your payment method. When providing credit card information, you must be the cardholder or have permission from the cardholder before a transaction is made.

 

Paying with Paypal Account

Select PayPal as your payment method during checkout and login your PayPal account to process payment. You must have an account with PayPal before proceeding online purchase.

Internet Bank Transfer

Our bank details and payment instructions will be provided upon completion of checkout. It generally takes 1-2 working days before our bank pass your payment to us. After receiving your payment your order will be dispatched.
