Flower Quality & Maintenance
All our flowers are list on this website gsflowers.com.au are a perishable, as natural product will be reacting to their immediate indoor environment and weather conditions. Care instructions must be followed thoroughly to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. Please follow our recommendation:
5 main steps will help your flowers to last longer:
- Cut the flower’s stem on the angle in or under running water as soon as you receive the flowers.
- Use clean vase and filled with fresh clean water.
- Change the water in the vase every two days.
- Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight.
- Keep the flowers away from extreme heat or air-conditioning.
Three Day Return Policy
Generally, the flowers should last between 3 and 7 days provided they are cared correctly. If you experience your flowers have not lasted for 3 days from the delivery date. Please contact us within the 3 days period by calling 03 7006 1095 and once we are confident that they are been cared as per our recommendation, we will be happy to replace a new set of flowers.
G&S Flowers reserves the right to request an image of the original flowers. To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers. Unfortunately, we cannot replace new flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are not provided by you.
You can request for a cancellation 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund, simply give us a call on 03 7006 1095 to request for a cancellation. Please note, customers can delay the delivery at different time.
We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared or dispatched or in transit with our courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above are void. Cancellations are not applied for same day delivery order.
All refunds for online orders or over the telephone orders are credited back to their original credit card on which the order was purchased or to the Zip Pay or PayPal account, if that form of payment is selected. Please allow 2-3 working days for money to be transferred.
