Covid-19 Delivery Procedures

Your health and safety are a priority for us at G & S Flowers, we are committed to CovidSafe Plan to implement a low-touch policy for all deliveries. This procedure is help keep public and our team safe during the current pandemic times. The policy has been implemented as follows:

  • The couriers will not be required to collect physical signatures on delivery.
  • Strict social distancing is adhered to when delivering orders.
  • When dropping off an order our couriers will knock and leave the delivery on the doorstep to avoid close contact.
  • Couriers delivering to businesses will leave deliveries at the reception desk where possible.
  • Couriers must regularly sanitise and are encouraged to wear face masks and/or gloves where possible.
